Today i took a mini lunch (aka snack) bento to class.
I tried to make flat eggs from a recipe i found on lunchinabox.net . I failed. I’m sure the recipe is perfect, but i have a less than talented microwave. What i got was a “hair scrunchy” thing. more like a flat omelet.
So i just I rolled them up with sliced of deli ham and some yummy munster cheese turning them into Hors d’oeuvres. Then accompanied by some baby bellas, strawberries and garnish tomatoes. I lined the botton with a lettuce leaf and garnished some spots with kale chips (they get soggy and turn into normal kale again, but its yummy spiced kale!)
